Unable to connect to FTP account.

1.  Verify 'passive' FTP is set within your FTP client.

2.  Check your local firewall settings.  Are they blocking your FTP connection?

3.  If  FTP still isn't working please send a support inquiry providing as much detail as possible.  Log messages from your FTP client are typically very helpful in identifying the issue.
