In order to connect to your account through Microsoft® FrontPage, you need to use the ftp option because you can't connect anymore through http option as default because FrontPage support is already depreciated by the Microsoft in favor of the new FrontPage named Microsoft® Expression®.

How to connect using FTP using FrontPage 2003:

1. File Menu -> Open Site
2. On the Site name, type: ftp://kayesfloralaccent.com  then click the <Open> button
3. In the FTP Logon dialog box, choose User then enter your account username and password and then click <Ok>
4. If Name and Password required dialog box appear, enter your username and password again.
5. Website Setup Dialog box appear, choose FTP and check the Use Passive FTP box then click <Next> button
6. Click <Next> again on the next dialog box then <Finish>.
